Egg & Cheese Sandwich
Who doesn't love a grilled cheese sandwich? Take yours to the next level by adding an over-easy egg. There are a lot of low carb bread options out there, so if you have a favorite already, by all means use that. We really enjoy the SOLA line of products for low carb bread options.
INGREDIENTS

- 4 slices SOLA Golden Wheat bread
- 2 oz colby jack cheese
- 2 eggs
- mayonnaise (optional)
- butter, softened
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spread the outside bread faces with softened butter and the inside bread faces with mayonnaise.
- Add 1 oz of cheese to each sandwich.
- In a frying pan, cook eggs over easy, then add one to each sandwich.
- Place sandwiches in the frying pan and fry until golden brown on each side.
